Why are my feeding ports not fully open?

If you see that your feeding ports aren’t fully open you will need to verify your tension. You will find step by step instructions here: Adjusting the tension on your Squirrel Buster® Plus
If that doesn’t fix your feeder, you may need to replace your spring. Please give us a call at 1-800-856-5685 and we can help you with that.
