My Squirrel Solution 200 is not closing for squirrels. What do I do?

The Squirrel Solutions 200 is factory adjusted to close under a squirrels weight. If it is not closing you will need to take your cover off and verify that the cable is attached to the yellow center post. Once connected the feeder should function properly.
