Description: Now that you can fly by yourself, you can eat on your own too! Two house finch parents bring their fledgling to a pink bucket I had topped off with seed. The parents begin to feed, hoping their offspring will get the idea. He/she will have none of it! It squawked at its father and equally so at its mother, who finally relented. Here I caught it in full protest, demanding that one of the parents come to its aid. Feed me!
