Description
This Contest begins on Sunday, February 1st, 2026, and ends on February 14th, 2026. You may upload 2 photos from Sunday, February 1st to February 14th. You may upload a maximum of 2 photos per contest. You must be logged in to upload a photo. All uploaded photos will appear in the contest gallery once they have been reviewed by Brome.
All pictures will go LIVE as they get submitted and approved.
Only original photos taken by the entrant with digital cameras are allowed and photos must be in JPEG format and a maximum file size of 5MB. Photos may not be photoshopped and/or digitally modified. Basic color corrections and cropping are allowed.
Please remember this is NOT a professional photo contest, we do not judge your equipment or your skills but rather how well, in our judgement, your photo fits our monthly theme. The three winners grant to Brome Bird Care Inc. the right to use his/her name and photos in our shows, newsletters, social media, advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
The 3 winners will be posted on our website on February 20th, 2026.
The 3 Winners will not be allowed to participate in the following 3 Photo Contests.
The prize for each of the 3 winners is:
1st place: A Squirrel Solution 200, or a Squirrel Buster Nut Feeder, or a Tube Solution 200.
2nd place: A Squirrel Buster Finch/Classic, or Squirrel Solution 150, or a Squirrel Buster Legacy.
3rd place: A Squirrel Buster Standard, or a Tube Solution 150, or a Mega 600.
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN, A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

- By participating in this Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Brome Bird Care Inc., which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.
- Contest is open to all persons who at the time of entry are at least 18 years old. Employees and immediate family of Brome Bird Care Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parents and owners are not eligible.
- Participation is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified.
- Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
- All entries must be received by Brome Bird Care Inc. during the contest dates stated in these rules. Brome Bird Care Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or any computer, internet, printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors or failures associated with the Contest.
- Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
- Brome Bird Care Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violates these Rules.
- Brome Bird Care Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Brome Bird Care Inc.'s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Brome Bird Care Inc. in its sole discretion.
- The winners will be selected by Brome Bird Care Inc. or its agents in their sole and absolute discretion.
- The retail value of these prizes as of January, 2024 ranges from $25 to $100 CAD, depending on the prize selected. Brome Bird Care Inc. reserves the right to award prizes other than those selected by the Winners if the prizes are unavailable or in short supply.
- Winners will be notified by email, mail or phone or posted on our website. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or our notification phone or email message is not returned within three (3) days, the prize will not be awarded that month. All entries become property of Brome Bird Care, Inc. and will not be returned.
- All federal, state, provincial and local income taxes, if any, on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing if requested): to release Brome Bird Care Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage (including without limitation, any punitive, incidental, consequential, attorney’s fees and costs, or any other damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased) with respect to the Contest and any prize awarded. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
- Entrants may not use any photos other than those taken by themselves and represent that their submissions do not infringe on any person’s copyright or intellectual property rights. Entrants agree to indemnify Brome Bird Care Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively “Indemnitees”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), including Indemnitees’ attorney’s fees, with respect to or arising out of Entrant’s submission of any materials in violation of these Rules.
- To obtain a copy of the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Brome Bird Care Inc. at the address set forth above within 6 weeks after the end of Contest Period. The Winners’ list will be sent when the winners have been verified and the prize has been awarded.
