Shipping Policy
Order processing— We do our very best to get orders processed on the following business day.
Free Shipping — If you choose the Free Shipping option for your order (orders over $75 before applicable taxes) it will ship by a carrier of our choice using Economy Shipping which can be slower. Please consult the carrier’s site for the shipping estimate, based on your location and our warehouse once you receive your tracking code. We cannot be held responsible for slow delivery due to circumstances out of our control, strike, weather or peak seasons. Items shipping to remote postal codes are not eligible for Free Shipping.
Express shipping — If you choose the Express Shipping option at check out note that we ship the next business day. Express 2 day refers to business days only; no Saturday or Sunday delivery is available. We cannot be held responsible for slow delivery of carriers due to circumstances out of our control, strike, weather or peak seasons. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Errors — Please be sure to enter your address correctly, we will not be held responsible for errors in address entry at time of purchase.
Packing slip — The packing slip contains product description and address only; no prices are displayed.
