12-03-20 @ 9:55 pm. You have an excellent product for your bird feeder. However, I have tried 5 times to buy a feeder, BUT I could not get your website to register me for an account. I finally got through your purchase process, but your website needs substantial work on the Account Register process and the payment process. Your website also would not accept my Discover card. Thank you for reviewing my comments. I would like to send some of your feeders as Christmas presents, but I want to make sure I receive my feeder first, before I try again. I love your feeders. A bit of struggle

I had difficulty attaching this to the birdfeeder. It didn't easily fit. Once I realized the connecting holes could withstand some pressure, I wrestled it on. And the adapter works fine. So, for the installation being a bit of a struggle, I give it 4 stars.
