Q: What information do I need before ordering parts?
A: Feeder model ex: Plus, Classic, Finch, Mini, Peanut+. If using email please include full name, shipping address and telephone number.
Q: Why am I losing the perches on my Squirrel Buster Plus?
A: The most common reason is the wing nut, located on the bottom of the feeder, is not tight (click here for instructional video).
Q: Why does the cage stay in the down position on my Squirrel Buster Classic?
A: The most common reason is the spline nut, located on the bottom of the feeder, is missing.
